The Ayurvedic Spa at Sagara is a sanctuary of authentic Kerala healing, where ancient knowledge meets professional excellence. A wide range of treatments are offered, including therapeutic massages for specific conditions as well as rejuvenation programmes designed to restore balance and vitality.
All therapies are conducted under the expert supervision of qualified practitioners guided by Dr V. Franklin, a distinguished Ayurvedic physician with over four decades of experience. His career includes service as District Medical Officer under the Government of Kerala.
Born into a family that carries four centuries of Ayurvedic heritage, Dr Franklin has dedicated his life to preserving and promoting this timeless science. He was honoured as Tourism Man of the Year 1999 for his contribution to Ayurvedic health tourism in Kerala.
At Sagara, Ayurveda is not simply offered as a service. It is practised as a living tradition rooted in knowledge, discipline, and deep respect for the body’s natural harmony.
